An Artist Documenting the Beauty of Queer Black South Africa - Zanele Muholi
Back in 2012, my colleagues and I had the opportunity of covering one of the most interesting conferences out there, the OSISA Open Forum. This was a 4 day conference with over 3000 participants from all over the world.
Amongst the guests and speakers, we had the opportunity of interacting with Zanele and her amazingly curated photo exhibit in the foyer. She also spoke on a panel so it didn’t take long to realize what a force she was.
